CEO Statement

Ingen's success, growth and leadership position in our industry depends largely on the energy and efforts from all of our associates who in-turn serve our customers in all corners of the world, and all of the support from our customers who have benefited from our respiratory products. They are the people who make Ingen a great company. In all their various capacities, throughout Ingen’s divisions: medical device manufacturing, customer service and product distribution, our people are the heart of our company. There’s something fundamental that unites us in a common cause: every one of us is working in a service business. That means our people are the key determinant of our continuing success.

Ingen is an emerging company that introduced Oxyview® into the respiratory market in 2007; the world’s first in-line oxygen flow meter. We now have distribution in North America and Asia, all of which reflect a multitude of cultures, nationalities, religions, expertise and ideas. We have an extremely diverse customer base and, in order to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, we need to reflect diversity within our organization. Ingen has branded the Oxyview® with every major professional publication, and has gained the support from national recognized affiliates. We continue to adopt new OEM partners and expand our hospital based Group Purchasing Organizations as a part of our expansion program for distribution.

Ingen’s business model includes the introduction of new medical products, and as such the company has completed the design and engineering of its next respiratory product, OxyAlert®. This device is now under review with the FDA and will revolutionize the oxygen monitoring device market by providing digital based and wireless communication technology to monitoring oxygen therapy. The company has performed a comprehensive market study and has secured all of the intellectual property with domestic and foreign patents and trademarks for the Oxyview® and OxyAlert® products.
